IT Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our company's IT infrastructure. This includes ensuring seamless operations of our internal systems, installing and configuring desktop workstations and servers, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, and assisting System Administrators in maintaining core infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, update, and configure desktop workstations and servers.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and network issues within the internal infrastructure.
  • Assist System Administrators in maintaining core infrastructure.
  • Manage IT equipment for company conferences.
  • Be on call for support cases.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain desktop and laptop hardware/software.
  • Experience with server and workstation installation and configuration.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Linux/Unix systems, TCP/IP networking, macOS, and mobile OS platforms.
  • Willingness to work overtime.
