Job Title: SaaS Implementation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled SaaS Implementation Lead to join our team. As a SaaS Implementation Lead, you will act as a bridge between business objectives and technical implementation for an assigned SaaS platform.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will gather, document, and analyze requirements from stakeholders and effectively communicate them to the developer teams. You will research and propose new configuration solutions to stakeholder needs and ensure implementation meets business requirements, quality standards, and drives a positive end-user experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new features or improvements to the SaaS platform configuration.
  • Document requirements and communicate them effectively to the developer teams.
  • Research and build configuration proposals in the assigned SaaS application or module.
  • Ensure that implementation features meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.
  • Work with UX/UI designers to ensure an end-user friendly experience, leveraging user feedback and usability testing.
  • Lead releases for new functionalities according to business needs.

  • Strong expertise in assigned SaaS platform (2-3 products).

  • Ability to solve complex problems; take a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst for a technical function or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field.
  • Business Analysis certification is desired.
  • C1 oral and written English proficiency.
