  • Scope of Duties
  • Assist in ideating, conceptualizing, drafting, and scheduling content across available platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and identity
  • Support in maintaining the monthly content calendar and updating schedules as needed
  • Conduct active research on competitors, trends, and audiences to guide social media strategies Assist in monitoring ads and recommend adjustments by identifying marketable content
  • Coordinate with the Creatives Team by preparing content briefs, collecting assets, and reviewing outputs for accuracy
  • Track and compile key social media metrics, preparing initial reports for review by the Social Media Specialist
  • Provide support in filming, editing, and formatting simple video and reel content
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across platforms, ensuring timely responses or proper escalation
  • Help maintain brand accounts by updating information and uploading approved content
  • Assist in moderating user-generated content in accordance with brand and community guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Possesses strong copywriting and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and quick to spot errors.
  • Experienced in creating content that is aligned with the brands' aesthetic standards, specifically for video/reel formats.
  • Capable of being in front and behind of the camera.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and people-oriented.
  • Fresh graduates with extracurricular experience in social media and/or digital ads are welcome to apply.
  • Plus points if with social media presence
