Description

The Social Media Associate is a creative and dedicated individual with a passion for connecting with current and potential customers. This passion shines through as they interact with leads and customers daily, aiming to: Increase brand followers (Raise Awareness), Transform followers into enthusiasts (Inform and Engage), Convert enthusiasts into customers, and Transform customers into loyal brand supporters and representatives.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Monitoring online activations across ALL different social media pages and platforms such as messenger/DMs, comments, comments on a 3 party posts our brands are being mentioned, product/inquiry posts in relation to our brands.
  • Ensures compliance with established customer engagement guidelines and best practices.
  • Promotes increased engagement on social media platforms by interacting with audiences.
  • Responds to customers' inquiries and feedback in a correct and prompt manner.
  • Knowledgeable with product technicalities of assigned brands.
  • Has basic knowledge of other brands that are not assigned to him/her.
  • Regularly conducts social listening initiatives.
  • Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time.

Education and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in communication or a related field is preferred
  • At least 1 year background in marketing/social media
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
