About the Role

We are seeking a talented Dining Staff to join our team at Golden Arrowhead Manpower Services Inc. in San Juan City, Metro Manila. As a Dining Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. What You'll Be Doing

  • Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with menu selections, providing recommendations and answering any questions
  • Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serving meals and drinks to customers in a timely and courteous manner
  • Ensuring tables are cleared, cleaned and reset in a timely fashion
  • Restocking and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area
  • Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns

  • Previous experience in a dining or customer service role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences
