Kitchen Team Member

  • Prepare food orders based on the Order Slip (OS), following the standard procedures for each station.
  • Keep the kitchen and stock area organized by placing items in their proper places and maintaining cleanliness and order at all times.
  • Make sure the kitchen, equipment, and stockroom are always clean. This includes washing dishes and utensils, cleaning surfaces, and mopping the floor regularly.
  • Check and maintain the quality of all stocks. Monitor what goes in and out, apply FIFO (First In, First Out), and make sure all items are in good condition and complete.
  • Record all wastage, spoilage, and expired items. Make sure everything is counted, reported, and matched with the POS system records.
  • Count and track tools, equipment, and raw materials regularly.
  • Follow proper grooming and hygiene, and strictly observe food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Set up your station with all needed supplies before operations begin.
  • Organize sauces and garnishes for your station.
  • Properly label, store, and date all leftover items and food prep materials.
  • Inform your Head or Supervisor ahead of time if any items are running low or close to shortage.
  • Use kitchen tools and equipment properly as instructed by the manufacturer.
  • Follow standard opening and closing procedures for the kitchen.
  • Keep your work area clean, neat, and well-maintained throughout the shift.
  • Always practice safe and clean food handling.

Dining Staff Responsibilities

  • Take guest orders and relay them to the kitchen. Serve food and drinks promptly and according to service standards. Handle billing and payments accurately.
  • Ask guests if they have any discount or privilege cards that may apply.
  • Check in with guests during their meal to see if they're enjoying the food, ambiance, and service.
  • Provide the Guest Feedback Card (GFC) and politely ask guests to fill it out.
  • Double-check the change and table number before giving it to the guest during billing out.
  • Clear used plates and utensils, and set up clean table settings for the next guests.
  • Review all order slips to make sure all items have been served completely.
  • Take any additional orders for dine-in or take-out.
  • Attend to other guest needs or special requests promptly and politely.
  • Always provide warm, friendly, and excellent service to all guests.
  • Keep the dining area, furniture, equipment, and comfort rooms clean and tidy at all times.
  • Follow proper grooming, hygiene, and food safety practices consistently.
  • Maintain top-quality guest service throughout the entire shift.
