- Take accurate food and beverage orders and answer menu questions.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Food Preparation & Handling:
Prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure proper portion control and presentation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Cash Handling & POS Operation:
Operate the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Process cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately.
- Issue receipts and handle refunds or exchanges as needed.
Cleaning & Sanitation:
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining areas, restrooms, and equipment.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks as per the daily checklist.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Support new team members through training and guidance when needed.
Restocking & Inventory:
Refill condiments, napkins, and utensils as needed.
- Help monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Receive and organize deliveries when scheduled.
Drive-Thru or Delivery Support (if applicable):
Take and prepare drive-thru or delivery orders efficiently.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of off-premise orders.
Compliance:
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Follow uniform and grooming standards.
