Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist the manager with administrative tasks such as preparing the budget, collecting rent, and sending tenant notices.
  • Oversee facility upkeep, inspecting and maintaining units, public areas, and grounds.
  • Manage tenant move-in and move-out processes, handing paperwork, evaluating applicants, and explaining policies.
  • Schedule showings of vacant units, advertise vacancies, and conduct tours.
  • Liaise with government offices or supplier provider for permits.
  • Other tasks maybe assigned.

Qualification

  • Bachelor/College Degree in Property Management or at least business management course
  • With at least one year related experience
  • Willing to be assigned in Cavite City
