Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years
    of relevant experience in
    Credit Risk
    or
    Data Remediation
    .
  • Strong background in
    Credit Risk concepts
    — Probability of Default (PD), Exposure at Default (EAD), Loss Given Default (LGD).
  • Experience working with
    Wholesale or Retail Banking products
    and credit portfolios.
  • Hands-on experience in
    SAS
    (non-negotiable), with exposure to
    automation and data analytics tools
    .
  • Proven experience leading
    large teams or transformation projects
    related to credit risk data or systems remediation.
  • Experience in
    improving data remediation processes
    and implementing retroactive data quality fixes within banking systems.
  • Exposure to
    regulatory driven change programs
    and familiarity with
    risk modelling environments
    .
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across global teams
