Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one or small group online English lessons.
  • Adapt teaching methods based on student needs (e.g., academic, business, conversational).
  • Support students in improving grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, writing, and communication skills.
  • Prepare engaging learning materials when needed.
  • Offer feedback and progress updates.
  • Be available on an on-call basis for scheduled or urgent tutoring sessions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (Education, English, or related field preferred)
  • Previous teaching/tutoring experience (online experience a plus)
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Comfortable using online platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
  • Reliable internet connection and professional teaching environment
  • Ability to work with both teenage and adult learners
  • Flexible schedule and ability to respond to on-call requests
