About the role

DATEM INC.' is seeking a talented and experienced Project Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a Project Nurse, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the healthcare needs of our employees and project sites within Metro Manila. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with our talented healthcare professionals and contribute to the overall wellbeing of our workforce.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive nursing care and support to employees at our project sites
  2. Assessing, monitoring, and documenting the health status of our employees
  3. Administering first aid, emergency care, and basic medical treatments as required
  4. Collaborating with our healthcare team to implement and maintain safety protocols
  5. Coordinating with healthcare providers and specialists to ensure the timely and effective delivery of medical services
  6. Maintaining accurate medical records and reports in compliance with relevant regulations
  7. Promoting health and wellness initiatives to foster a healthy work environment
  8. Providing guidance and training to our employees on healthcare-related matters

What we're looking for

  1. Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a project or site-based nursing role
  3. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of emergency medical procedures
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and healthcare providers
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  6. Proficient in record-keeping and documentation
  7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  8. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety
  9. Fresh graduates of Nursing are welcome to apply
