Multiple Remote Medical Roles (Nurse, Insurance Specialist, Executive Assistant, Case Manager)

We are hiring multiple remote professionals to support healthcare, insurance, and behavioral health operations. These roles are 100% remote, require strong organizational and communication skills, and offer opportunities to make an impact in the medical field while working from home.

Rate: $5–$10/hr USD (role-dependent)

Schedule: US Time Zones

Work Setup: 100% Remote


Remote Nurse – Up to $6/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support patient care coordination remotely
  • Assist with clinical documentation and follow-up
  • Collaborate with providers, patients, and care teams
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols

Qualifications:

  • Nursing background with proven clinical or telehealth support experience
  • Strong communication and patient management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Insurance Specialist (Commercial or Personal Lines Processor) – Up to $5/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process insurance applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
  • Maintain accurate client and policy documentation
  • Enter and verify data in insurance management systems
  • Assist clients with policy inquiries and coverage details
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and reporting requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Commercial or Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance processing preferred
  • Familiarity with Applied EPIC, AMS 360, EZ Lynx, or similar software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills

Technical Requirements:

  • Windows OS (iOS not accepted)
  • Dual-monitor setup required

Medical Executive Assistant – Up to $6/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Clinical Directors (Residential & Outpatient)
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and clinical scheduling
  • Draft communications, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain digital filing systems and compliance records
  • Track clinical metrics, QA/QI initiatives, and audit prep
  • Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as an EA or Coordinator (healthcare/behavioral health preferred)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office & Google Workspace skills
  • Strong project management, scheduling, and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows and HIPAA a plus

Outpatient Case Manager – Up to $8/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary non-clinical support for outpatient clients
  • Coordinate therapy, psychiatric, and intake/discharge appointments
  • Track attendance, cancellations, and no-shows for billing
  • Link clients with resources (housing, transportation, healthcare, etc.)
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, families, and providers
  • Support treatment goals through documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in behavioral health, case management, or social services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in EMR/CRM systems and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office
  • Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
  • Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred
