What you'll be doing:

  • Spearheads various legal case planning, research, interviews, and data gathering
  • Drafts and analyzes legal documents, and takes charge of coordination and recommendations to our legal counsel.
  • Reviews and amends (if necessary) all contracts and legal instruments.
  • Examines and recommends appropriate legal practices to all agreements and other related engagements being entered into by the company.
  • Other related legal matters may be assigned from time to time.

What you'll need to bring:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Political Science, Liberal Arts, or related degrees preferably with a major in Paralegal Studies
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Paralegal
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience in the financing industry is a PLUS
  • Possesses above-average English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Willing to report to work ONSITE in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
  • Can start ASAP.
