We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Accounting Associate to join our Accounts Receivable team. This position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to gain practical accounting experience and grow their careers in a collaborative and supportive work environment.

What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices and billing statements accurately and on time.
  • Track outstanding receivables and follow up to ensure prompt payment.
  • Record, reconcile, and maintain accurate records of customer payments.
  • Assist in addressing and resolving billing discrepancies with clients.
  • Keep organized records of all accounts receivable transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding payment inquiries.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh grads welcome).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
