About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Account Director to lead key client relationships, drive growth, and manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced marketing/advertising environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for senior client leaders.
  • Develop and present account strategies to meet client business goals.
  • Lead account teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns on time and on budget.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve client ROI and performance.
  • Mentor and manage team members to ensure high-quality execution and growth.
  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, and profitability of assigned accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and grow client revenue.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in account management, marketing, or advertising.
  • Proven success managing senior client relationships and large teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Track record of driving business growth and delivering measurable results.
  • Experience with Japanese clients is a strong plus.
