WHO CAN APPLY?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role, preferably in the travel, retail, or service industry.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Sales-driven and target-oriented.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and lead the daily operations of the branch, ensuring the team meets or exceeds set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Supervise and support the performance of both sales and support staff, providing timely coaching, constructive feedback, and initiating disciplinary measures when necessary.
  • Ensure all client transactions—including inquiries, bookings, quotations, and follow-ups—are processed efficiently, accurately, and within standard timelines.
  • Conduct regular team huddles and prepare performance reports to keep upper management informed of the branch's status, accomplishments, and operational challenges.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns at the branch level, resolving issues promptly or escalating them when required.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations departments to roll out and monitor the effectiveness of branch-specific promotions and campaigns.
  • Uphold compliance with company policies, sales protocols, and strict confidentiality of client information at all times.
