Job Summary:
The HR Assistant supports daily HR operations including recruitment, employee records, and general HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR processes and assists employees with HR-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR files.
- Assist with payroll data gathering and employee benefits inquiries.
- Support HR events, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR documents, reports, and handle HR-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Experience in HR or admin work is an advantage.
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
