Job description:

  • Do greetings and assist visitors, answer questions, and respond to complaints and requests.
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as data entry, answering phones, taking messages, sorting mail, maintaining and updating filing, operating office machines, and arranging equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Planning and preparing for office events, such as meetings, conferences, and promotional activities.
  • Ordering and distributing office supplies.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with vendors, clients, and coworkers.
  • Reviewing and updating office procedures to reduce errors and costs.
  • Enforcing relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. With HR experience.
  • Have knowledge and experience with administrative and clerical procedures and systems
  • Must good proficiency with computers. Familiarity with office equipment (computer, emails, fax, telephone, printer and scanner)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Good analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gapan, Nueva Ecija : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
  • With warehouse experience (Required)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
