Admin Assistant

Job description:
- Do greetings and assist visitors, answer questions, and respond to complaints and requests.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as data entry, answering phones, taking messages, sorting mail, maintaining and updating filing, operating office machines, and arranging equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Planning and preparing for office events, such as meetings, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Ordering and distributing office supplies.
- Maintaining positive relationships with vendors, clients, and coworkers.
- Reviewing and updating office procedures to reduce errors and costs.
- Enforcing relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. With HR experience.
- Have knowledge and experience with administrative and clerical procedures and systems
- Must good proficiency with computers. Familiarity with office equipment (computer, emails, fax, telephone, printer and scanner)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Good analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gapan, Nueva Ecija : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
- With warehouse experience (Required)
