Job Summary

The Regulatory Officer is responsible for ensuring that all Miracell products comply with local and international regulations. This includes managing FDA registration, permits, documentation, and product certifications to maintain full compliance with government standards and ensure smooth product importation, distribution, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

●Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers and product registration applications to the FDA,DOH, and other government agencies.

●Manage product renewals, amendments, and compliance documentation.

●Ensure that all packaging, labeling, and promotional materials meet FDA and trade

regulations.

●Coordinate with third-party consultants, laboratories, and suppliers for testing and

certification.

●Maintain an organized regulatory database for all Miracell products and licenses.

●Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations, and advise management on

compliance requirements.

●Support audits and inspections by regulatory agencies.

●Liaise with internal departments (Operations, Marketing, Sales) to ensure regulatory

accuracy in all materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related science field (Licensed Pharmacist preferred).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in regulatory affairs or product registration, preferably in the cosmetic, skincare, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA registration procedures, labeling standards, and import/export regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills for coordination with both government and international suppliers.

Incentive: ₱5,000–₱10,000 per successful product approval or renewal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php80,000.00 per month
