About the Role

Brosnep Corp. is seeking a Regulatory Officer to join our team in Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati. This role ensures all food and cosmetic products comply with FDA and government safety standards while supporting product development, registration, and quality control.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Ensure all products comply with FDA and government regulations
  • Manage FDA certificates, licenses, applications, and related documents
  • Handle FDA applications, renewals, amendments, and other regulatory tasks
  • Assist in product testing, quality control, and safety assessments
  • Support product improvements based on consumer needs and regulations
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports, product registration, renewals, and variations
  • Review packaging and translations for regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline product approval processes
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required
What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Science, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Licensed professionals a plus; fresh graduates are welcome
  • Knowledge of FDA compliance and government safety mandates
  • Familiarity with FDA e-portal and related applications
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and proactive
  • Willing to work onsite in Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati
