JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Handle FDA applications and submissions for Food Registration, Medical Device Registration and Drug Registration.
  • Prepare and submit Electronic Drug Price Monitoring System (EDPMS) reports.
  • Implement product recalls in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage LTO renewals and variations for Head Office, Cebu and Davao branches.
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory documents for bidding requirements.
  • Monitor Certificate of Product Registration (CPR), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), product inserts, and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
  • Conduct Quality Control (QC) checking for walk-in and freight orders of patients and medical doctors.
  • Serve as liaison officer with FDA and other regulatory agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Pharmacy. Must be a registered Pharmacist.
  • At least 2 - 3 years working experience as Regulatory Pharmacist.
  • Knowledge in MS Applications ( Word, Excel, Power point).
  • Keen on details.
  • Excellent in verbal or written communication skills.
  • Can work with minimum supervision.
  • Organized, fast learner and result oriented.
