The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall strategic direction, leadership, and management of the company's operations under the direction of the Managing Director.

GM ensures the company achieves its financial, operational, and strategic goals while maintaining high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance. This role involves close collaboration with the Senior Management team and key stakeholders.

Job specifications

  1. Education : Bachelor's Degree

  2. Experience:

  3. At least 10 years' of Executive Leadership experience in the Travel Industry or a related sector with proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.

  4. Proven Strategic Management, Business Development, Sales, Or Marketing experience.
  5. Exposure and experience in handling both foreign and local clients, suppliers, and colleagues

  6. Core competencies:

  7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  8. Excellent Financial Acumen and understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L) management.
  9. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  10. Ability to navigate regulatory compliance.
  11. Proficiency in leveraging technology to drive business innovation.
