We're Hiring: Relationship Associates

Location: Rufino St., Makati

Employment Type: Full-time | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a key support to Relationship Managers in handling existing clients and accounts
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through clear and consistent communication
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials
  • Coordinate with insurance providers to ensure smooth transactions and timely delivery of services
  • Assist in meetings and client presentations
  • Perform fieldwork, including client visits and observation activities
  • Carry out tasks assigned by the Relationship Manager, SAVP/VP, or CEO from time to time

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Business, Communications, or related courses
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Salesperson-oriented
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a client-first mindset
  • Willing to engage in both office-based tasks and fieldwork
  • Can start immediately
