We're looking for an Accounting Officer to help us maintain financial order as we scale our retail and e-commerce operations. If you're detail-oriented, trustworthy, and ready to make an impact, we'd love to meet you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Record and reconcile daily sales, expenses, and bank transactions
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings and compliance
  • Submit tax forms to government agencies
  • Improve financial systems and processes as we grow
  • Track inventory costs and assist in COGS calculations
  • Monitor payroll records and reimbursements (with HR support)
  • Support budget planning and expense tracking across departments
  • Organize financial documents for audits and government filings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Knowledgeable of tax compliance
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g. Zoho One)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with numbers and meeting deadlines
  • Independent, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27, Php30,000.00 per month
