The Role

The Process Excellence Manager will work on the implementation of Next Gen procurement systems, including Oracle, SAP ECC and Ariba integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and user adoption across sites. Act as the transformation program manager, collaborate with consultants, IT, Finance, and regional procurement teams to deliver on key milestones and ensure change management readiness. Support capability building by developing training materials and SOPs for new tools and processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work on end-to-end ERP migration project, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
  • Monitor project milestones, risks and dependencies. Escalate issues as needed.
  • Drive standardization and optimization of business process across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control, governance frameworks and industry best practices.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and embed continuous improvement.
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure ERP adoption.
  • Develop training materials and lead knowledge transfer sessions to end users.
  • Collaborate with consultant, IT, operations, finance and compliance team to define and validate:To-Be" process.
  • Support / responsible for global manufacturing factories, design and global service centers
    Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • More than 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, process improvement or business transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP platforms including SAP S4 HANA and Ariba is a significant plus
  • Experience in process mapping, documentation and governance.
  • Willingness to take need-based calls in the US time zone.
  • Experience in supply chain management in an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Proven or demonstrated performance developing strategic supplier relationships.
  • Proactive problem solver with strong planning orientation.
  • Excellent working knowledge of purchasing and electronic manufacturing processes.
  • Capability to respond quickly, decisively, assertively and professionally to changing requirements
  • People management skills and ability to train, mentor and develop a team of buyers
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient with SAP or Ariba
  • Excellent PC skills including Excel, Word, MS Standard Office
