About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at our SM Mall of Asia store. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall success of our retail operations. This is a full-time position based in Pasay City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Demonstrate and explain product features to customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain store merchandising and visual displays
  • Restock and replenish inventory as needed
  • Support store team in completing daily operational tasks
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong product knowledge and a keen interest in the eyewear industry
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in English and the local language
  • Enthusiasm, creativity and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
