UnifyCX is looking for an extraordinary Customer Service Representative to join our motivated and ambitious team.

What Will You Do?

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this critical role, you will focus on retaining and strengthening relationships with our valued customers by addressing their concerns, identifying solutions, and promoting service loyalty. By understanding customer needs and delivering personalized solutions, you will play a vital role in reducing churn and fostering long-term customer satisfaction.

  • Handle inbound calls to assist customers in need of roadside services, such as towing, flat tire changes, jump-starts, and fuel delivery.
  • Quickly assess customer needs, troubleshoot problems, and dispatch appropriate roadside assistance services.
  • Assist customers with roadside-related claims, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
  • Provide information about the accounts services, ensuring customers understand their options and coverage.
  • Log customer interactions, maintain records, and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.

To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent English skills - proper written and oral grammar
  • At least 6 months Customer Service experience required preferably in a Call Center or Professional environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers on the phone and via chat.
  • Ability to remain calm and compassionate while assisting distressed or upset customers, particularly in emergency roadside situations.
  • Strong analytical skills to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Comfortable using multiple systems, including customer service software, CRM tools, and chat platforms. Basic knowledge of GPS and roadside assistance operations is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Collaborative attitude, willing to share knowledge and contribute to team goals.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, based on business needs. This may include on-call or overtime opportunities.
  • Ability to work onsite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months BPO experience handling international voice account.
  • Proficiency in English language both written and verbal.
  • Preferably a college graduate of any course or program.
