Tasks & responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and desired experiences.
  • Research and recommend international destinations based on client needs and interests, considering factors like culture, attractions, weather, and safety.
  • Develop customized itineraries that include flights, accommodation, transportation, tours, and activities.
  • Secure bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and tours with reliable partners.
  • Provide clients with up-to-date information on visa requirements, immunizations, travel insurance, and local customs.
  • Manage client accounts, process payments, and ensure all travel documents are issued accurately and timely.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of travel industry trends, destinations, and travel regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with travel suppliers and stay updated on their offerings.
  • Exceed client expectations by providing exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process.
