Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Makati City, ideal for motivated individuals who want to grow their career in sales, marketing, and client relations while being part of a high-growth startup.

As part of the pioneer expansion team, you'll work directly with the CEO and VP of Sales to engage potential clients, close deals, and represent Leadify in events, meetings, and regional activations. You'll also collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns that attract new clients and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients and business partners through various channels.
  • Present Leadify's services (Ads Management, Content Creation, Social Media, AI Automation) to developers, brokerages, and business owners.
  • Attend client meetings, property launches, and industry events to build relationships and drive brand presence.
  • Assist in organizing and representing Leadify in on-ground events, exhibits, and business conferences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Ads, AI) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Support marketing efforts by helping create proposals, decks, and reports.
  • Track and report progress on sales leads, client engagement, and partnership activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates and early-career professionals are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge or background in
    digital marketing
    , real estate, or client acquisition is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, outgoing, and willing to do fieldwork (client meetings, events, and site visits).
  • Highly driven, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
