Role Overview:
As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing our online retail operations. You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing our ecommerce channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail industry and a proven track record in ecommerce management. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure the seamless execution of online sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ecommerce Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the company's ecommerce site(s), ensuring that all products are listed accurately, and pages are optimized for conversion.
- Product Catalog Management: Ensure accurate product information (descriptions, pricing, images) across multiple ecommerce platforms. Regularly update the catalog based on new product launches and seasonal trends.
- SEO and SEM Optimization: Implement and monitor SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Collaborate with the marketing team on paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads) to increase visibility and conversions.
- Sales Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance using platforms like Google Analytics and internal dashboards. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve sales and customer engagement.
- Customer Experience: Collaborate with customer support to ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints related to online orders. Ensure smooth online transactions and returns/exchanges processes.
- Inventory and Order Management: Work closely with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure stock levels are accurate, and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Digital Marketing Collaboration: Partner with digital marketing teams to develop and execute promotions, seasonal sales, and online campaigns. Work on email marketing and social media strategies to increase engagement.
- Market Research: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends. Suggest improvements to the digital sales strategy based on market intelligence and customer feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or retail operations.
- Manage and maintain SIS (store-in-store) of all E-Commerce channels of Crocs Philippines
- Execution of campaign plans and promotions (such as enrollment of deals) by utilizing tools available in all E-Commerce platforms for selling
- Help liaise with KAMs (Key Account Managers) to ensure store is up to date, and proper execution of campaigns/activities/launches
- Ensure prices and details in all SIS are accurate
- Monitoring and update of daily sales, and weekly inventory monitoring
- Product, inventory, file uploads and updates on all online sales channel (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Zalora etc.)
