  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers.
  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of purchase orders.
  • Ensure purchase orders align with company policies and budgets.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing trends and new suppliers.
  • Provide recommendations on cost-saving opportunities and alternative materials.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of quotations, purchase orders, and supplier contracts.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to the company's procurement policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand their material and service needs.
  • Resolve issues related to deliveries, invoices, or supplier performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procurement guidelines, and ethical standards in all transactions.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or certification in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in canvassing or procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to evaluate multiple options.
  • Integrity and professionalism in handling company resources and supplier relationships.
