Skin Center Associate

We are looking for energetic, positive, service-oriented people to join our modern, Korean-style skin center. The successful candidate will develop client relationships, perform treatments and play a critical role in the center's core activities.

No previous experience required.

All training will be provided. Training period is paid.

Monthly incentives on top of base pay.

Promotion to permanent employee after 6 months.

Fresh graduates are welcome.

Background in medical related fields like nursing, and PT is a plus, but not required.

Our centers are located in Makati, Ortigas Center, and BGC and will be open during mall hours. Staggered staff hours. 6 working days a week.

What your day will look like:

- welcome and introduce clients to the skin center

- conduct consultations to determine client's current condition and concerns in order to make treatment recommendations

- introduce clients to the center's services, explaining the benefits, how the treatment works, and treatment expectations

- conduct cutting edge, machine based treatments

- guide clients in the aftercare process and general skincare advice

- develop client relationships and arrange future appointments

- maintain client treatment records and future correspondence

- work with the team to create a positive center atmosphere and maintain its quality
