Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as organizational development, organizational psychology, human resources, or a business-related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
- Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in office and business administration software.
- Must have intense Training and Development skills.
- Proven presentation skills and the ability to conceptualize training materials.
- Willingness to work in Baesa, Quezon City.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
