Organizational Development Manager

  • Deploys and maintains the performance management system of the organization and ensures that employee coaching and scorecard deployment targets are met

  • Develops, delivers and assesses the end to end OD operations of cross companies and locations:

  • New Hire Training(Culture, Values,Habits + GenericProcess and Tools)

  • Training, upskilling andcross trainingof employees includes but not limited to:

    • Agile project management
    • Business Ethics
    • Coaching
    • Leadership
    • People, Program, Project and Strategic Management, etc.
    • Sales and Negotiation, Customer Service, etc.
    • Career Management and Succession Planning

    • Workforce digitalization

    • Agile employee

    • Excel training: basic and advanced
    • Creates workforce dashboard for affiliate companies:

  • Employee coaching

  • Employee scorecards
  • Employee productivity
  • Coaches the managers and officers
  • Performs talent assessment: leadership versus management performance of the managers and officers
  • Maintains and updates the duties and responsibilities for all job types

WORK SCHEDULE: MON-FRI, 9AM TO 7PM

WORK LOCATION: D. TUAZON QC 

SALARY: 70K-80K
