We at Coforge are hiring a Billing Specialist / Accounts Receivable Specialist with the following skillset:

  • Invoice Management:
    Prepare, review, and issue client invoices in alignment with contracts, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
  • Billing Validation:
    Verify billing data against project records, timesheets, and system reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Dispute Resolution:
    Collaborate with internal teams (finance, delivery, client account managers) to investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • System Operations:
    Maintain accurate billing information in ERP/finance systems (SAP)
  • Compliance & Audit Support:
    Ensure billing activities comply with enterprise policies, local tax regulations, and audit standards.
  • Reporting:
    Generate billing status reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for leadership visibility.
  • Process Improvement:
    Identify gaps in billing workflows, recommend process improvements, and support automation initiatives.
  • Collaboration:
    Act as a bridge between the GCC Finance team and HQ Finance for seamless billing operations.
