Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts Receivable & Payable Processing

  • Handle invoice preparation, billing, collections, and payment processing.
  • Coordinate with clients and suppliers regarding outstanding payments, billing issues, and document requirements.
  • Record and monitor AR/AP transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

2. Bookkeeping & Financial Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
  • Prepare journal entries, encode transactions, and ensure proper classification of financial data.

3. Financial Management Support

  • Assist in generating financial reports, summaries, and data needed by management.
  • Help monitor expenses and ensure proper recording for budgeting and reporting purposes.

4. Use of Accounting Software & Tools

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and analysis.
  • Create spreadsheets, reports, and financial documents as needed.

5. Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments regarding payments, billing statements, and clarifications.
  • Provide timely responses to financial inquiries and coordinate documentation as required.

6. Accuracy & Record Maintenance

  • Review financial entries to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain financial documents, receipts, invoices, and statements.

7. Multitasking & Issue Resolution

  • Manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously such as processing invoices, preparing payments, and updating records.
  • Address and resolve minor accounting issues promptly to avoid delays in operations.
