Sales Relationship Officer

The Sales Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for achieving individual loan targets by building strong relationships with MSMEs, conducting credit assessments, and ensuring quality documentation and account compliance within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies targeting MSMEs and meet assigned monthly targets.
- Generate leads through local marketing efforts, referrals, and organic channels.
- Handle end-to-end client servicing, including loan cycle support and customer retention.
- Conduct product presentations and explain loan offerings to potential clients.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies through proper creditworthiness assessments.
- Prepare and submit accurate Credit Appraisal Memos (CAM) and related reports.
- Conduct site visits, interviews, and in-depth credit investigations.
- Maintain zero tolerance for fake borrowers and fraudulent documentation.
- Strive for a 1-day turnaround time (TAT) for processing loan applications.
- Maintain a past due vs release ratio below 2%
- Keep updated market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
