Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assists in the day-to-day operations of the property to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition to achieve customer satisfaction and operating cost efficiencies.
2. Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition by conducting a regular inspection, implement a preventive maintenance and undertake corrective maintenance
3. Implement Energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utility consumption
4. Track and communicate work request status and completion
5. Monitor construction works and ensures that all guidelines are strictly followed. Provide project status reports to Property Manager
6. Assist in coordinating Fire/Earthquake Drill and other emergency drills conducted in the property
7. And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.

Qualifications:

· Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer

· Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in residential properties

· Must be technically proficient in various machines and equipment

· Willing to be assigned to Property Management

Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday (half-day schedule) Location: Pasay
