To aid the company in achieving innovative office buildings, efficiently operated to achieve sustainable growth with optimal returns and providing best value for its tenants. Communicates and coordinates activities by serving as an official go-between for internal processes, tenants and mall operations.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Engineering course preferably Mechanical Engineering
  • With at least 3 years of experience in building operations and construction, with an advantage given to those who have managed office buildings

Job Responsibilities:

OPERATIONAL


• Gathers data on ways to improve the overall management of Mall Offices buildings in alignment with affiliates and ensure that it is at par with industry practice


• Cascades best practices across all Mall Offices portfolio ensuring all tenants are aligned and comply with policies and regulations in coordination with mall operations


• Dissemination of information to the tenants on all operational matters through mall operations


• Identify and ensure that Mall Offices standards and processes are communicated to all tenants through mall operations and implemented accordingly


• Maintains project cycle and milestone dates for project close out of Mall Offices fitout CAPEX for completed projects


• Provide technical details of Mall Offices projects (e.g Floor Plans, Buildings Specification, CFA, BOMA, Test Certificates, etc)

TENANT RELATIONS


• Develop and manage effective relationships across tenants during their tenancy in coordination with mall operations and cross functional staff.


• Gathering, Interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques support to constructing and operating tenants.


• Detect mall equipment downtime and appraise timelines of repair / replacement


• Coordinates tenant concerns to Mall Operations.
