ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

Inbound Freight & Shipment Coordination

Ø Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to manage international shipments to the United States.

Ø Communicate with freight forwarders, custom brokers, and internal departments to coordinate international shipments.

Ø Assist with preparing and reviewing import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.

Ø Help ensure compliance with US Customs regulations, partner government agency (PGA) requirements, and internal policies.

Ø Support the product classification process using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS).

Ø Monitor delivery timeliness and proactively communicate shipment delays, risks, or changes.

Ø Ensure timely handover of shipment documentation and maintain clear records of inbound activity.

Vendor Compliance & Chargeback Administration

Ø Monitor supplier performance against agreed shipping, documentation, labeling, and scheduling standards.

Ø Document non-compliance incidents and issue supplier chargebacks with supporting evidence and corrective guidance.

Discrepancy Reporting & Communication

Ø Report shipment discrepancies to the US-based Purchasing and Accounts Payable teams with sufficient detail for resolution.

Ø Coordinate with support staff in China and the Philippines to follow up on missing or incomplete shipment details.

Ø Maintain consistent and professional communication with vendors to resolve issues and reinforce compliance expectations.

Ø Stay informed of basic US and international trade compliance rules and changes.

ERP (NetSuite) Data Management

Ø Accurately input and update inbound shipping data in NetSuite, including shipment status, carrier details, documentation, and delivery confirmations.

Ø Ensure data accuracy regardless of whether updates are manual, entered by other team members, or imported via ERP integrations.

Ø Perform routine audits and resolve discrepancies to uphold data quality standards.

Ø Support department reporting, filing, and project-based compliance tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
