Operations & Community Support Coordinator

Travel Agent Achievers

Location: Cebu office

Reports to: Redrose (day-to-day), with visibility to Ros

Purpose of the Role

This role exists to keep Travel Agent Achievers running smoothly behind the scenes while providing a warm, consistent point of support for our member community.

The Operations & Community Support Coordinator ensures that:

  • systems and administration are accurate and up to date
  • inboxes, follow-ups, and tasks are handled reliably
  • members feel supported, informed, and cared for

This is a support and coordination role with a warm presence, not a strategic or marketing role.

Primary Focus: Operations & Administration

  • Manage the shared inbox and triage enquiries appropriately
  • Prepare email drafts, confirmations, schedules, and documents for approval
  • Handle member onboarding and offboarding in Kajabi and Teamwork
  • Maintain accurate member records, subscriptions, and databases
  • Coordinate with accounts on invoicing, payments, and subscriptions
  • Log, manage, and follow through all tasks in Teamwork
  • Maintain clean, organised systems and documentation
  • Support live events from an admin and coordination perspective
  • Ensure nothing is missed, delayed, or dropped

Secondary Focus: Community & Engagement

  • Respond to social media DMs and comments in a warm, professional tone
  • Manage and post updates in WhatsApp and Facebook groups
  • Respond to website and general enquiries
  • Send birthday messages and personal member touchpoints
  • Support follow-ups after live sessions, events, and launches
  • Escalate issues when needed rather than solving everything independently

This role:

  • brings options and solutions to the table

This role does NOT:

  • make strategic decisions
  • manage marketing campaigns
  • speak publicly on behalf of the brand

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
