We are looking for an Intake and Coordination Support specialist to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for new patient/client inquiries, manage intake processes, and help coordinate smooth service delivery in a fast-paced healthcare/homecare environment. Experience in healthcare intake or coordination is required; homecare background is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming patient or client inquiries.
- Gather and verify intake information, including insurance details and service needs.
- Enter client data accurately into the EMR or relevant system.
- Guide new clients through the intake process and answer questions about services.
- Support day-to-day coordination between clients, caregivers, and internal teams.
- Track status updates and follow up as needed to keep all parties informed.
- Maintain organized electronic records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in healthcare intake, coordination, or customer service (homecare environment strongly preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and act with urgency.
- Professional and compassionate demeanor.
- Onsite work required with our team in Cebu.
