Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing department in executing campaigns, managing client and patient interactions, and coordinating with business partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, committed, and able to ensure smooth communication and effective marketing operations for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, developing, and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

- Handle inquiries across different platforms (email, phone, social media) and provide accurate information.
- Support brand awareness initiatives, events, and clinic promotions.
- Maintain and update marketing materials, digital platforms, and content calendars.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for improvement.
- Prepare basic reports on campaign performance, client feedback, and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to support marketing and clinic operations.
- Ensure professional representation of the company at events and meetings.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in marketing or customer/client coordination (advantage but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle clients, patients, and business partners professionally.
- Knowledgeable in client coordination and basic marketing processes.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Demonstrates initiative, reliability, and full commitment to assigned tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools is a plus.
- Willing to work onsite.
