Lead Generation Specialist

Role Overview
We are hiring a full-time Outbound Sales Caller to be the first point of contact with potential clients. This is not a virtual assistant role — it requires solid sales skills to spark conversations, generate interest, and connect prospects with our BDMs. Using our internal database, the caller will identify opportunities, open doors, and set appointments for the BDMs to develop further.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to brokers, borrowers, developers, and introducers.
- Engage in consultative conversations to understand prospects' needs.
- Accurately maintain call logs and meeting records.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with BDMs.
- Achieve agreed activity targets and meeting-booking goals.
- Submit weekly activity and results reports.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or appointment setting (B2B or financial services preferred).
- Personable, confident, and able to establish rapport quickly.
- Familiar with commercial lending concepts.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Self-driven, target-focused, and able to work independently while providing regular updates.
Engagement Details
- Pilot Program: 6 months, with the potential for a permanent role depending on performance.
- Performance Metrics: Meetings booked for BDMs and conversion to settlements.
- Career Path: Top performers may advance to a Business Development Associate role with performance-based bonuses after the pilot.
