PHirst is looking for a
Sales Director
to lead and inspire a dynamic sales team in General Santos City. If you're passionate about building people, driving sales growth, and helping families find their dream homes, this role is for you

What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Drive PHirst developments in the local market
  • Ensure reservations, take-outs, and collections flow smoothly
  • Partner with Marketing, Documentation, and After-Sales for seamless client experience

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least
    5 years' experience in sales leadership
    (real estate preferred)
  • Strong track record in sales or client engagement
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally
