Job Description

  • Dealer Expansion and Activation
  • Drive Store Coverage whole Mindanao
  • Develop strong working relationships with Store Dealers/Distributors and concession leads to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
  • Supervise and lead the sales team in the designated area/ Region.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
  • Monitor individual and team KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Attend to and resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to assess performance versus targets.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to sales directors, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Able to manage Distributors in assigned area.
  • Can travel within Mindanao area - Tagum, and more
  • With Telecom experience/selling of new phones in the market for at least 5-8 years

  • Can open new accounts/dealers in the said area or responsibilities

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Php35, Php60,000.00 per month
