Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Encoder for a one-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in electronic systems to support business operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work with large volumes of information with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, or internal systems with high accuracy
  • Review and verify data for completeness, correctness, and consistency
  • Perform basic data consolidation and organize information using Excel formulas (e.g., SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP)
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow data privacy guidelines
  • Assist in generating basic reports and summaries based on encoded data
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure all data requirements and deadlines are met
  • Perform quality checks and correct any data entry errors

Qualifications:

  • At least College Level
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, and data organization)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good typing speed and data validation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and data security

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 1 month (project-based)
  • Work Setup: Onsite or hybrid depending on company requirements
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, regular business hours
