We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing local account

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, requests and complaints, provide appropriate resolution and accurate information as required in every interaction across all touchpoints.
  • Provide excellent customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Perform outbound loyalty call outs to existing subscribers and service recovery call outs as needed
  • Promotes products and services through cross-selling and up-selling
  • Conduct database clean-up by updating customer records upon contact

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of at least any 2-year course or 2 years of college
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good active listening and comprehension skills
  • Ability to multi-task – Speak and type/search resources
  • Has strong bias for customer service excellence
  • Analytical and Computer literate
  • Willing to work on-site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
