About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Yili Joyday Ice Cream, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. In this full-time role based in Davao City, Davao del Sur, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
  2. Listening to customer concerns and providing effective solutions to resolve issues
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  4. Assisting with order processing, delivery tracking, and other customer-related tasks
  5. Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex customer inquiries
  7. Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude to provide a superior customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  4. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and databases
  5. Proficiency in both English and the local language, Cebuano, is highly desirable
  6. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive, professional demeanour
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
