Job Description:

The Marketing & Creatives Manager leads the marketing department in developing and executing strategic campaigns that elevate brand visibility, drive engagement, and support sales objectives. This role oversees branding efforts, digital initiatives, and marketing communications while ensuring alignment with project goals and corporate identity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the marketing department's daily operations.

2. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for brand and project promotion.

3. Design pricing strategies that balance profitability with customer satisfaction and competitiveness.

4. Supervise the project's official website, ensuring timely response to client inquiries.

5. Build and maintain strong brand awareness and positioning through targeted campaigns.

6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align marketing efforts with business goals

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5–8 years experience in advertising, brand, or marketing roles.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  4. Working knowledge of design and editing software: Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, InDesign
